"We love the Broadmoor. This was our third time staying staying at the resort. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. We love the beautiful grounds, large and comfy rooms, and the historic charm & artwork throughout. We have have only visited the resort during the off peak season. We are able to get a more budget friendly stay, the grounds are still beautiful but I imagine during the spring & summer, they look amazing. "Clean, nice, good food, GREAT FREE BREAKFAST ( the best we’ve had at this price point). Friendly staff. Always asked if we wanted our room cleaned. The only complaint is the hot tub is not hot. We were told that it’s the hottest it’s allowed to be by law but I think staff failed to find out that while they had it set to that temp it wasn’t actually heating to that temp because it was cold.
