"Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again!"

"The property is absolutely stunning!! I was so impressed! Very clean, I’ve stayed at many of the resorts in the Dells in the past, and moving forward, I would always choose to stay here. I’ve stayed at resorts nationwide and worldwide, and Taylor at the front desk is truly the sweetest person to ever check my family and me in. She made such a great first impression and made us feel so at home during our stay, which really added to that familiar, friendly Midwest Wisconsin feel."

"I loved everything about the property, the property was clean and accommodating to all that traveled with me. Super family friendly when traveling with young kids. We had a hiccup and it was resolved and assured immediately! Definitely would recommend and will use this hotel for our return visit in a couple weeks! Don’t forget your swag bag upon check in! "This hotel is amazing!!! Service is terrific, the property is just awesome, I didnt know anything about it when I booked it, just thought it looked neat. It's such a choice location. You cannot beat the fantasy theming all over the resort. The pool complex is good, loved the large hot tub in the back, none of the pools are huge but I didn't feel like they needed to be. We really enjoyed this stay!! Breakfast on site was A+ as well."

"Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay."

"I would not recommend this place. We checked in and the staff was very nice. We were told to go in door 2. The smell of urine was very strong outside the door and there was no lock or anything so anyone could walk in. When we walked in the entry way was dirty. "This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. In the dells period just to try to save a buck. I stayed at some of the other cheap hotels in the dells, and this was by far the dirtiest most rundown. Most sketchy stinkiest hotel i've ever been at. I booked the Suite for my daughter and I for one night. We immediately arrived to the hotel.
