"For the price, this hotel wasn’t bad overall. Parking was easy, the patio was nice, and the room was fairly clean. Unfortunately, the customer service from the staff was unacceptable and significantly impacted our stay. First, I reported that the ice maker in my room was not working. I was told someone would come by that next day to fix it, but no one ever did. Later, I requested additional toilet paper and towels. "The property was noticeably clean, and the staff was very helpful when we needed help."

"I thought the property was ok for an older place. My only problems were the amount of bugs on the light as you try to enter your room. My main issue tho was no matter how low you turned the AC down to, it didn’t seem to stay cool in the whole room. Other than those two things, we really enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed our room on the 4 th floor but when we arrived early the older woman behind the front desk was not pleasant at all, then I asked where the restroom was she pointed Left and Left.. We left and came back later the guy said each floor had an ice machine but 4th floor and 3rd floor were out of order!!"
