"I thought the property was ok for an older place. My only problems were the amount of bugs on the light as you try to enter your room. My main issue tho was no matter how low you turned the AC down to, it didn’t seem to stay cool in the whole room. Other than those two things, we really enjoyed our stay."

"The staff was terrible. They are not trained properly or are just rouge. We arrived and the reservation we made 20 plus days out was not honored I. That we requested 2 adjoining rooms because of small children. When I brought the subject to the “manager” she refused to hear me and kept cutting me off with the corporate training phase of “I appreciate that but” yet she would not hear a thing I said. "room was incredibly clean, front desk staff was super helpful. I did not get her name, but she was holding down the fort and was great. breakfast was super good and hot. pool was great. The only thing that they should pay more attention to is the bathroom in the women’s area of the indoor pool there are tiles that are loose on the floor when you step on them they’re raising, which could be an issue."

"I loved the location! Staff is helpful, a lot of things to do close by. Only bummer is that you aren’t allowed in your room until after 4pm. You check in at 1030. And have to wait or do stuff without a room to go into. Room was finally ready around 410pm."
