"The room is dated, some of furniture is old and has scratches and not functional. too crowded for a small room. The toilet flush is noisy and long to refill. No top linen sheet instead of a hot duvet. it's 30 degrees and no air conditioning, just a floor fan. I liked the rooms being celebrity designated. I stayed on Dolly Parton room. I liked the staff being friendly and helpful. the location is good, walking distance to east pier, and parking available for 24hrs. full English breakfast."

"Very disappointing stay due to lack of facilities, swimming pool was closed, garden closed and padlocked, breakfast veey basic had poor selection. No food served in evening despite having menu in room, seating area of bar in need of deep clean, arms of chairs, curtains and carpet stained and marked, could hardly see out of windows as so filthy and paintwork in need of clean/lick of paint. Towel rail in bathroom boiling hot and very difficult due to height of bath to get in/out. Good point of...
