"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and very quick when it came to us needing anything at all. They made fresh hot breakfast in the morning and it was delicious, you can even order customized coffee which we did not take advantage of but nice to know we could. Literally the only thing that we did not like was that there was maintenance work happening past midnight on our second night there and the hammering sounds made it a bit hard to fall/stay...

"Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. "

"Nice unit. Has been recently painted and mostly updated. Some of the furniture looked dated and the cabinets and countertops were very dated. Kitchen was sparsely stocked for cooking. We were on the 2nd floor so we had units above and below us. There was a lot of noise above, below and from the unit next to us that had an adjoining door where both units could be rented together. The unit that had an adjoining door could be heard very clearly in our unit. We tried to place a towel at the 1 inch...

"Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken, Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape!"

"The floors were dirty. I had to use a towel to clean the floor so I could put my son on the ground to crawl. There were little pieces of green glass on the nightstand. The hotel had long term residents that we were not informed of. My wife, child, and i did not stay rhe 2nd night. This hotel is rated an 8.6. I would not rate it higher than a 2.5."
