"Dining room was not always available due to events held at the hotel. However, you could order food at the bar."

"The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was better then expected. All in all we had a good stay and will return in the future. Only bad thing was that I paid more through Expedia in I could've at the front desk."

"I have never seen a hotel as dirty as this one. I paid for a room, but I was given a different one. The bed was full of hair, and there were orange peels and dust everywhere in the room. The bed is very small and does not look like the pictures at all, just like the hotel itself. We asked to have the sheets changed, but we were told that we could change them ourselves. I find this unacceptable: I am paying for a service, not to clean a dirty room. I had a truly horrible experience at this hotel. I have therefore requested a refund."

"The staff was nice, but there was only one staff, so needed to wait for a while to check in. Also, there was free coffee but creamers were out most of the time, and not fresh at all in the evening since it’s brewed in the morning. But it’s complimentary so all good."

"As of April 24, this hotel is undergoing major renovations. I was fortunate to stay in a newly renovated room. It was very nice. Beautiful new furniture. Lovely headboard with great lighting. The new windows are incredibly sound proof. If I have the opportunity to stay in Laval again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
