"The hotel is ok. It is very clean, staff very friendly, but just did not feel safe. Lot of homeless grouped with dogs at night. At restaurants and all places we visited, told us it was very safe. Just did not feel comfortable to walk around. "

Staff were pleasant and the breakfast had a lot to offer! Near OHSU waterfront and tram to the hill; super easy for medical visits. Valet is a little spendy but very quick and really convenient!"

"Everything was filthy, carpets filthy, curtains and bed linen filthy with holes. Everything leaked in the bathroom. There was a slug walking or dying on the carpet. We arrived at midnight and were too tired to go somewhere else. It was a nightmare this place should not be listed on Hotels.com. The owners were rude, when I asked for clean pillowcases. For $90+ this place was highway robbery."

"The hotel is right next to the water with a great view of the city. The restaurant and bar have waterfront views and serves amazing food and beverages. Love the morning lobby coffee. My overall experience was excellent!"

"With expedia gold i do have extended check out which was offered to me when checking in. So obviously from being out of town and our flight not being until 5pm, i said yes. Day comes to check out and at 12 the cleaning lady told me “i wasn’t aware you had extended check out” so i confirmed with the manager at the front and claimed it wasn’t on my reservation…. He ended up giving it to me after explaining the situation. But at 1pm i get a call from him rushing me out of my room saying “it’s past your check out time” I didn’t even want to argue anymore, I just left. "

"They don’t offer a breakfast bar. The coffee is the hotel lobby now, which is fine with us. We always pick the Paramount hotel."
