"The good: Bed was comfortable and Location is excellent for walking to State Street and Lobero Theater. Complimentary coffee and pastries in morning, wine at happy hour and Oreos in the evening. The bad: window AC unit was very loud switching off and on all night. Quaint but old building with faint musty smell - like my grandparents house."

"It is in a perfect walkable location in SB. We picked it because they allow dogs and the room is actually perfect to have dogs! Little kitchen, which makes feeding them easy. Also spacious! We brought a Great Dane and there was plenty of room :) Bed was pretty comfy and room has AC and a nice bathroom. The only thing I didn’t love was the noise. You can hear the people above you, but a sound machine helps! Honestly despite the noise, would stay here again ;)"
