"We decided to extend our trip, stay one more night and found this place and couldn’t have gotten luckier! It is absolutely adorable! The wallpaper, the outside patio, the kind ladies running it, all so beautiful! The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and so nice of them to do. It is in a nice, quiet, slow area, perfect for a restful getaway. I already recommended it to a friend because of cute it was so if you are considering stay here, book it! You will not be disappointed!"

"Beware if you prepay in Expedia they not only put a incidental $150 hold on your card, which is expected, but also a $375 that nobody told me about nor could explain why it was “authorized “ even though the room was fully paid for. The only explanation is “oh it automatically placed when it prepaid “ ….for what? Im still not convinced it’s a hold that will come off in the week or two . Glad I don’t need that $375 anytime soon."

"Loved it. I stayed at the Franciscan Inn at the end of a long week of travel for work. It was super quiet, clean, simple but elegant. The bathtub was amazing and I got a wonderful night’s rest. It was walking distance to the train station so I didn’t have to spend extra money for a cab. It also was walking distance to the beach and a nice walk to downtown.
