"This was our second stay at Pali House Santa Barbara. It’s our favorite place to stay! I would have given this most recent stay 5 stars except we were not told there was a wedding reception happening the one night we were there which included closing the entire patio area. There was quite a bit of noise/music but I will give the hotel credit for ensuring the music went off at 10:00pm. Other than that, we had an amazing time! Will stay again."

"We decided to extend our trip, stay one more night and found this place and couldn’t have gotten luckier! It is absolutely adorable! The wallpaper, the outside patio, the kind ladies running it, all so beautiful! The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and so nice of them to do. It is in a nice, quiet, slow area, perfect for a restful getaway. I already recommended it to a friend because of cute it was so if you are considering stay here, book it! You will not be disappointed!"

"Clean and good location. Nothing special about it but a clean room, a comfortable room, in a good location, with very few hotel amenities and at reasonable price."

"Beware if you prepay in Expedia they not only put a incidental $150 hold on your card, which is expected, but also a $375 that nobody told me about nor could explain why it was “authorized “ even though the room was fully paid for. The only explanation is “oh it automatically placed when it prepaid “ ….for what? Im still not convinced it’s a hold that will come off in the week or two . Glad I don’t need that $375 anytime soon."

"Very clean room. wonderful toiletries, great having a separate bedroom, queen and full beds. The outside patio was private and lovely with bistro chairs and a table for two, lemon trees and plants lining the fenced patio. Parking was always available. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, and many cultural activities, shops and restaurants. The staff are courteous and helpful. I would stay again!"

"Beautiful little cottage, perfect setting, lovely campus, exceptional restaurant, perfect location, an absolute gem. The room was perfect, the bed was comfortable, quiet, peaceful, serene, and highly recommend. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!"

"Ice machine out of order for the three days we were there. Front desk acted surprised everytime I mentioned it. No propane in outdoor heaters. Breakfast was good."
