"Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is very modern, the best in Italy so far. Very close to the train station. Only downfall was the wifi whic didn’t work most times and breakfast was very basic but ok. Can not comment muvh on staff as only saw them at check-in and checkout due to being in a different building. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Our apartment was really big..and my son was delighted to have his own room. The staff were helpful. The room was serviced every day. The aircon worked well...and it was in a fantastic location. Really clise to the station eith some great bars/restaurants nearby. "

"Great location in the old town area. Taxi can’t get to the front of hotel. It’s a 5 minute walk from drop off. But well worth it. "

"No common areas like traditional hotels, otherwise just like any hotel (you just have to ring the bell at front door to get in). Clean room, silent air conditioning in the room, friendly staff and a good breakfast. I would come again! Location is very good, near both Genova Brignole train station and Piazza de Ferrari, which is a plus."
