"Stay away! We booked this hotel through hotels.com. The reviews looked good. The photos on hotels.com do not look like the actual hotel. We had to walk around homeless people to get to the front door. The hallways smelled like urine. There were stains on the walls of the hotel room. It was disgusting and unsafe. We had to move to another hotel. We contacted hotels.com for some help with compensation but they said there was nothing they could do. Do not stay here!!! Not sure if we will continue to use hotels.com either."
