"I read the reviews before booking though Expedia. My room was not clean and it had an odor. The room was dated and the tub was deplorable. I'm going out on a limb to say, it appears if you book through a third party, you are given a horrible room. I ended up not staying the full two nights."

"Great one night stay! Check-in was quick and smooth and the clerk was super friendly. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped, a/c nice and cool (essential in the FL July heat!), and plenty of parking. There is a nightly parking charge - I think it was $15. Breakfast was pretty good - hot and cold options (bacon was really good, packaged pastries were pretty good). It's a quick walk to the beach and there is a great skate park just out the back door. Convenience store and great seafood...

"The front clerks were very professional and inviting. The coffee was available 24/7 freshly ground. The lobby was clean, the linens were clean and the carpet was very clean. The refrigerator actually froze the water and kept the food refrigerated. Towels were changed out each day. I was surprised that they were kept clean even when pets were allowed. I love when hotels respectfully invest in cleanliness and do tbeir best to provide awesome breakfast. Money very well spent. We will make...

"For the price, its a very good deal for a one night but it does need more improvement in for example the TV chs ( so basic) not alot to be offered and also the bedding had a weird scent could be cleaner other than that its a decent deal, spacious etc another thing to point out is the security is kinda shady …. I saw alot of cops around alot and heard noises and arguing etc at 4am etc not sure if that can be fixed but i get it thats what you get for the price"

"Overall our stay was nice. what I didn't enjoy was after booking with Expedia our room was moved to the end of the hallway far away from the elevator. Staff confirmed all rooms booked with 3rd party are going to be far away from elevator and at the end of the hallways. The breakfast is basic yet its fresh and very well maintained the entire time."
