"Hotel receptionist was kinda rude charged me more money for a downgraded room and kept trying to overcharge my card after I paid the the price she quoted to change and proceeded to charge more than we agreed upon I’ve stayed here several times has the nicest suites a few times all with ocean views this last experience wasn’t the best"

"Clean room, wonderful view. Did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub. There was not enough seating at the pool and the pool was dirty. We saw them clean the pool once in the 7 days we were there. Little kids in the hot tub, even though signs state under 18 not allowed. Parents not watching kids by the pool. We had a wonderful time at the beach. Love being right on it. "

"I love this hotel and have stayed many times. This time, they main lobby and bar/restaurant was under renovations and I couldn't enjoy the ambience for dinner and drinks as I have previously. In spite of the inconvenience to me, the staff were also inconvenienced but they came through with flying colors. From the valet, to front desk, to waiters and bartenders, the entire staff was AWESOME!"

"Disappointing for the cost. Besides the convenient location (although right by a major intersection so very busy), the hotel is old. They tried to renovate it but cut corners. Staff Ty was extremely rude and should not be in hospitality. Check in policy is full of surprises. (3.5%!charge for cc and $15 parking a day)They don’t clean the room for 3 days. AC unit was loud and not working. We won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for very basic and just a bed, , that’s fine."
