Phyllis was amazing, he greeted me and explained perks I would receive while staying with them, let us know he was available for anything we need and was very personable. He left a lasting impression. The room itself was nice and clean and worked perfectly for the one night stay we had in Miami. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Kitchen room was large with 1 bed and large closet. Double rooms looked a little tight. Just a few minutes walk to beach across 1 main road but has crossing lights. A pile of breach chairs and umbrellas were in the corner near the pool and free to use. Paved parking is available on front and side of hotel. More spaces in dirt on back side across alley. They say they will always find a place for you to park but seems like it could be tough if hotel was full. Free street parking 11pm-8am close...

"The room two bedroom suite was beautiful. I will stay again. My family fit very well. We have a handicap teenager. We were welcome with open arms. People try to help us and assist us. In every way they could without us even asking or even thinking of asking they would just offered that was great to see to be treated like everyone else. I will definitely come and stay again. It’s only eight minutes away. It was a great staycation for the holiday thank you so much."

Excelente ubicación, muy buen trato de la mayoría del personal, quizá en las noches están un poco más cansados, el personal de limpieza comenzando por la jefa de housekeeping, son lo máximo, muy muy agradable es como llegar a casa. Solamente el estacionamiento es muuuy caro pero hay opciones muy cercanas. Todo es casi perfecto, me gustaría que tuvieran más...
