"4 dollars for laundry and 4 for dryer onsite and clean. Rooms were clean. Had everything we needed. A tiny bit outdated but nothing crazy. Beautiful view and location. 5-10 min walk to main airlie beach strip and excursions. The food surprisingly was phenomenal. Typically resort food isn’t good but we ended up eating there 3/5 nights bc it was that good. I would 100% recommend. Staff was kind and friendly."

"Location is fantastic, it was across the road from the venue of the event we were attending. The receptionist was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Our only issue was parking space is limited."

"Last minute booking and found this great van park cabin was $115 a night compared to $150 for most over cabins 30 min walk into town they also have a bus service also,handy nice and quiet with bird feeding in Arvo ,great walking area it's very scenic and relaxing, with playground just down the road there is a sports bar across road handy for meals, only issue was our tv could not get it to work it was late at night so did not worry about it besides that would give it 5 stars,,,"

"Good location. Clean tidy rooms. Amazing ocean view. On the down side. Over priced at $400 a night for 1 queen bed room, minimum of 3 nights to book, no microwave or dishes/cutlery. Was charged an additional $200 without consent in claim of a smoker fee because next balcony was smoking. You will also have to pay $12 per day to park there."

"It was good for an overnight stay. It's an older property, but the room was clean and comfortable. Our car park was right at the back door. The front door opens onto a verandah and there are stairs to walk down to the Bistro etc in the hotel. If the stairs are an issue, you can also go out the back door and walk around to the Bistro via a concrete pathway. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had a good meal in the Bistro. Good value for the price."

"We had a great 3-night family stay at Whitsunday Terraces in Airlie Beach. The location is excellent—close to everything—and the views are absolutely stunning, which really made the trip special. That said, the kitchen and bathroom are quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The most frustrating part was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, which was a real inconvenience during our stay. Overall, a very enjoyable stay thanks to the location and views, but a few updates would make a big difference."
