"It is located in the high Bergamo old city. A beautiful family owned city Palace with 4 guestrooms. Authentic and lovely. Breakfast was quite good and they had purchased some gluten free toast and biscuits for us.thry were very friendly and accomodating."

"Really nice room and facilities, super helpful staff. Excellent location beside the station and convenient for bus to Citta Alta. A fridge in our room would have been useful as weather was very warm. Breakfast options were good and nice to have the option to make a juice from fresh ingredients."

"It was misleading that they put the swimming pool and spa photos as part of their hotel. Those service is from next door and you need to pay more for it. The funny thing is almost everything need to pay to use in the room, tea coffee and water. They left one bottle of water for free in the room."

"OK, I think this hotel is rated a 4* I would not rate it that high. Our experience:- Pro's Location - Very good, somewhat quiet street so not too noisy. Easy walking or public transport to most tourist venues. Staff - all very welcoming and helpful apart from breakfast staff who I found to be curt and officious. "Hotel was well placed for the new town. Easy parking although access could be better signposted. Room was spacious enough. The lighting in the walk in wardrobe was pretty annoying - motion sensor only which went off very quickly. As we left early, we didn’t try the breakfast but they hotel did offer a take away breakfast which was ok."
