"I have stayed at the Fairmont in Banff twice and this property in Whistler did not disappoint either. The whole experience was absolutely seamless and I literally could not make one complaint. Every single staff member was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the facilities were excellent. The food and beverages on offer in all areas were some of the best i have had in Canada. I cannot wait to return!!!"

"The coffee and pastry prices are a bit unusually expensive — almost ridiculously so. For example, a croissant at $17 is something I have never seen in my life. I find that a bit unreasonable. That said, the service is excellent and the place itself is wonderful. The concierge system, in my opinion, could benefit from some improvement to be a bit more efficient. Overall, it is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are extremely kind — especially the ski staff, who are particularly lovely."

"Location was incredibly convenient - steps to the gondola and bars/restaurants. We usually stay further out or in the upper village and it was so nice being right in the thick of things - but the room was quiet. Amenities were great, loved the hot tub views and steam room! "

En la puerta del hotel pasa el bus/shuttle para ir a whistler village cada 15 min, es gratis y es muy conveniente. En caso de no querer ir en bus, se puede pedir taxi o uber. "

"Had a great stay there with 3 girlfriends. The room was very spacious and clean and had a tub to soak in. We were close to the ice machine and laundry room. The location was also excellent for walking around the town and to be close to the lifts and gondolas. The staff were great! Very helpful with all our needs. "

"HGVC Whistler is really close to the Blackcomb gondola—only about five minutes walk to the gondola. I really appreciate the day pass that lets guests use the pool/locker room showers until 10pm, which means you can shower up après ski before leaving town."
