"Great convenient location just off the highway and walking distance to the village. Larger than expected spacious auite. Clean and comfortable. Only thing was the thin walls where we could hear the neighbors a little bit at night. Would recommend and stay again."

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head.
I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked โCascade Lodge Hotelโ via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.

"We booked this lodge quickly in desperation after another location had fallen through due to the building being under construction. They had our room ready within 15 minutes of booking, the staff member was taking it out of her printer and was able to give us room keys to our room immediately, we were extremely tired after traveling all day and were so thankful they were so quick.
