"Room is clean and room is spacious. Hotel staff is kind and courteous. There are washing machine and dryer that you can 24x7, free for hotel guest. Hotel is beside train station, a 1min walk to station. Near to street of eateries. The only problem is that 1 of the hotel room door was left open 1 of the morning i stayed and someone was smoking from the room, made the whole corridor smelly"

"Mandarin Oriental is well located between BiJia Mountain and Lianhua Mountain, with walkways directly into both recreational parks. The air quality is superb and the restaurants within the Upper Hills shopping center are also highly recommended by the locals. The Hotel lobby is located on the 78th floor and the reception and guest service staff are outstanding! I have also become a fan of MO as a result of this stay, as the quality of service and the standards they hold are definitely first...

"Stayed in the two bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Apartment is big with two bathrooms. Many eateries nearby. There is also a manicure shop and spas/massages nearby. For shopping, Cocopark is about 15-20mins walk. "

"Dated decors. We stayed in a panaoramic king bedroom and our friend stayed in a premier king bedroom. His bedroom looks newer and air condition works better. The breakfast buffet has an average variety. Hotel is conveniently located near lots of dining and shopping. Also walking distance to Futien train station."
