"No ice machine on the property. “Free breakfast” had minimal options. "

"This hotel has an unfortunate policy of only providing housekeeping every other day. Completely unacceptable not to mention unhygienic. I prefer taking baths and I of course had to forego my routine and do showers. Still the tub was dirty and slippery. And then when the housekeeper finally showed up to clean it wasn’t until 4:30pm. They weren’t thoughtful enough to at least clean earlier so that by the time I returned from being gone all day I would have a clean room. I won’t ever use Comfort Inn again."

"After I checked out and was asked do I want a receipt only for the front desk clerk to run out saying my card was declined AFTER I had already checked out! I had to screen shot my bank statements to prove the money had been taken out my account!! They also OWE me $100 back from incidentals! I will be calling to speak to the manager Carissa later! I’m livid I will never stay there again!!"

"Elevators weren't working hotel was packed. We stay here when we take a cruise so our bags are extremely heavy so you have to know the elevators being out was a great inconvenience. Staff was great as always. Room our sink drained very slow. Was happy as i was in the past."
