"Room was clean enough. Toilet did not function properly at all. The maintenance staff member Mario tried to assist Breakfast was limited and i didn’t see the staff cleaning the tables when guests left for other guests to use the space. I don't think I will stay again."

"Do not grt there early hoping to get in. We got there at 11:30 am after driving all night. I even offered to pay extra. They put us on a list with 2 people ahead of us. They finally got us in at 2:50 pm. When we did get in our room the floor by the ac was socked. Staff wasn't friendly at all. We will never stay their again."

"Restaurant closed for pictures, and staff kept giving us the runaround about when it would reopen. (It never did.) After a long day of travel, and with our rooms not ready yet, we had to walk to the mall for a bite to eat. Staff was less than helpful. At one point, the photographer even made our party (and all of our luggage) move out of the way in the lobby. Later that evening when Hilton sent the check-in text, I expressed my disappointment. When asked how they could make it better, I said a late check out would be great. I had two rooms booked, but they would only give me a late checkout for one!! Make that make sense?! I would not recommend this Hilton, the staff is super incompetent. "
