"While the room was very clean, there was no fridge and no microwave. And since I was on a business trip, that made it hard to have food to eat or bring back left overs. The shower had no pressure and both the shower and the sink leaked with no way to stop it. I did report that at the end of the stay. Bathroom was super tiny and no place to put anything. Towels super thin and definitely one use only. I try to reuse to save on water. It also turns out that it’s a party hotel for people hooking...

"parking is super secure there is a gate and close off area which is actually super nice. super quiet and calm environment. staff is helpful. has all the basic necessities and price was pretty cheap/affirdable in my opinion! "

"We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. "Bathroom very small , area not good and the hotel is not safety "

"Non-smoking, but the building reeked of cigarettes. There are doors on the wall between room, and those doors had gaps at the top and bottom meaning the 3AM family loud conversation happening in the room next door was loud through the door gaps. Stuffing the gaps with towels didn't help much. The breakfast was limited with burnt coffee. 1 of the 2 key cards didn't work. "

"VERY basic motel. No hangers or place to hang clothes anywhere, minimal furninture (bed, desk/dresser, and plastic chair). Curtains did not fully cover the window to parking lot and stairs, so me and luggage partly visible. It did look clean, so thats a positive."

"We just needed something close to the VA AND HAD A SMOKING ROOM AND ACCESS FOR MY BROTHER. IT IS A SINGLE LEVEL AND HAD PLENTY OF CLOSE FOOD, fuel and a 7-11 right behind it. It was also the most affordable place I could find with 2 full beds. "

"The clerk was rude, he didn't want to give us the wifi password even though we are paying customers. He said it was company policy not to give it to guess. No hot water to shower with. It was extremely noisy from guess up stairs from us and company didn't do anything to quite it down. we never got our microwave or refrigerator, all in all it was the worst stay we ever experienced. We will never book a stay there again and highly recommend that no one ever go there"

"Upon arriving at 3:53pm to sign in for reservation there was no one at counter. I had to wait more than 10 minutes with animal in crate as the employee did not check to see if guests were waiting? She only returned when a local went to find her. Took more than 10 mins to check in, tried to charge me $140 for animal, although $50 was max posted on website. Noticed a hair on bedding immediately & no mini refrigerator as advertised. A couple days later found out the stove top didn’t work either....

"I was comfortable here, staff was very kind to me, only problem is there was stuff left from housekeeping in room drawers and also bathtub was dirty but they are remodeling so no worries this time. I also haven't received my deposit which I hope it comes today?!?! there is no reason to not get it. also a microwave would have been handy there's only refrigerators in the room. "
