"Very disappointed. We informed Expedia three days in advance of the location problem. Expedia declined to assist and sent us to Hampton. Hampton also refused to help. We elected not to check in because Hilton informed us that we would only be charged for 1 day and taxes. Greed over customer service is never a solution. I have fired Expedia and affiliates, and Hilton over this. I won't use either one of them again. It's a money game. The manager at the Hampton was HORRIBLE. I would not stay here...

"Tried to checkin at 3:30pm, that was a mistake as the lady at the front desk told me it was an upcharge to check in 30 minutes early, even though there was no one else there. The shower had mold and the air conditioner could even drop the room 5 degrees in the 2 days we were there, also very sketchy parking lot."

"Was able to check in about an hour early, which was appreciated. The breakfast is always the main reason I book this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The bathrooms have been remodeled since my last visit. The sink basin had a few minor cosmetic issues, but nothing major. The room was large, comfortable, and made for an overall great stay."

"The hotel was nice and the room was good overall. My only complaint was the shower water pressure, which was very low, and it took a long time to get hot water. My room was on the 9th floor, so that may have contributed, but it still shouldn’t be an excuse."

"My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Doubletree hotel. The staff were awesome, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We ate lunch on Friday and the food was delicious the service was awesome and very friendly. We made a new friend!!!😇. Parking was great, safe and little pricey!!!"
