The frogs were loud…but slept so good! If you like noise machines, you will love it! The bedroom had a fan if needed. They had beach equipment to borrow if wanted. "Everything there was great for what I paid. Parking,Clean apartment. Great kitchen. Bathroom huge with plenty of towels. Ac worked great and ceiling fans. Washer and dryer. Plus they leave you a Welcome package. Accessible to restaurant, beach, malls. "

"Room: clean, nice space with ocean view and would use again. Our room had a noisy A/C that I don’t is common throughout the facility. Staff: nice, helpful with giving ideas of things to do, Don’s Mai Tai restaurant within the facility had GREAT food. Visit Hawai’i atleast once in this area, Kona side was sunny for the most part during the late April to early May time. Would do again."

Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am.
