"This is a nice property for the value. The Kickback and the pool were a disaster with screaming children and parents not paying attention so I could not relax and enjoy the amenities as they were intended. Need a larger seating area also. Doubtful I'll be back after this experience"

"there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. "The room was basically clean, but a used towel and bathmat were left on the floor from previous person. The tv remote had no batteries. The desk person brought a clean towel and batteries promptly, but seemed perturbed that he had to be inconvenienced. The air conditioner also did not cool the room so it was too warm during the night. Would not ever stay here again."
