"We stayed 2 nights in a king size bed room. Zero complaints! The room was spacious and clean upon arrival and was stocked with everything we needed. The room even had 2 complimentary water bottles for us. We'll definitely stay here again!"

Customer service is nonexistent, and it’s clear they care more about overcharging guests than providing a quality stay. "DO NOT GET A ROOM NEAR THE STAIRWAYS! Hotel is being majorly renovated which was buried on the hotel description when I checked under “parking area being closed.” No parking because of all of the construction debris and vehicles. Thankfully our room was renovated and looked fresh but the rest of the hotel was a complete construction zone. Smoke alarm began chirping at 11pm on our first night. I called the front desk and was told that they would send someone up. Waited patiently for 20 minutes...
