"The room's cleanliness was satisfactory, and the beds provided adequate comfort. However, the air conditioning unit was non-functional, leading to an uncomfortably warm environment that disrupted sleep. Additionally, the toilet was not flushing properly. Aside from these issues, all other aspects were satisfactory. Garage parking is exclusively valet-operated, and continuous access to your vehicle is not provided unless you present your valet card for retrieval."

"The room was clean and well cared for. The AC kept it cool which was a relief after a hot day. The fact everything in downtown Ybor was within walking distance was cool and the cute free roaming chickens nearby made waking up in the morning to roosters crowing a fun experience. However this location does have additional charges beyond the room charge. There is a charge to keep a car on the property overnight and a charge for breakfast each morning. Be prepared to spend an additional $30+ a day...

"Staff was really friendly and accommodating. My issue was that the first the room I got assigned had a really bad musty smell, the staff was accommodating and I got transferred to another room. Unfortunately in the second room, the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and the room was pretty warm with the A/C coming on and off occasionally. I had booked the hotel off of their pictures and expected a hot tub and to my surprise once I got there, they didn’t have one on the property."

"The staff at Residence Inn is amazing. Despite, having to deal with unappealing and unsanitary hotel rooms. The hotel is older and in a downtown area, it is understandable to not be in prime condition, HOWEVER, the ROACH problem on the 5th floor was something I had not experienced ever in a hotel in the United States.
