"Location was convenient for cruise terminal, staff was amazing on checkin and for cruise transport. Pool was overrun by children for the only night we were there or we would have used the hot tub. It was after 10 and they were still running around. Would stay again."

There was a dedicated smoking area underneath the lobby for employees and customer's and smoke traveled through elevator shafts and made the lobby and elevator areas smell of smoke. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good and convenient. Very helpful and friendly staff. Free Trolley was very conveniently located right outside entrance to Hotel to commute to downtown Tampa "
