There is no room service or daily housekeeping. I believe you have to stay 7 days or more to get housekeeping. The bed and furniture are really uncomfortable, which made for a rough night's sleep. There was no place in the unit to get comfortable. If you're simply looking for a place to crash, this place is great, especially if you're not planning on spending much time in the room. If you're expecting a more traditional hotel experience, it will likely fall short of your expectations. "

"The elevators were not working properly. Our room had no A/C for an entire day and the temperature was 80 F. The pool water was over 100 F. So we could not use the pool, had to walk up 12 stories of stairs, and the room was to hot to enjoy."
