"The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. "

"Our room was exceptional - as we had the top floor corner room with 2 rooms and a full kitchen. We had to do laundry, get dinner and be ready to cruise in the morning and everything happened flawlessly. They even have a shuttle to take us to the cruise port!"

"There is nothing interesting or charming about the location. It's a generic conference hotel. I had what was meant to be a deluxe king. The linens, pillows and towels were all poor quality. Everything is overpriced, a single espresso was 4.50 in the coffee shop. Charger and cable 90 in the gift shop in the Marriott across the road. There are no useful shops nearby. I wanted to go to the top floor bar but was rudely refused entry because I hadn't made a reservation. I wouldn't recommend to...

"Nice Hotel. Courteous staff, clean rooms, gym was spacious. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast wasn't great, but about on par w/ what most hotels offer for free. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The room was clean and well cared for. The AC kept it cool which was a relief after a hot day. The fact everything in downtown Ybor was within walking distance was cool and the cute free roaming chickens nearby made waking up in the morning to roosters crowing a fun experience. However this location does have additional charges beyond the room charge. There is a charge to keep a car on the property overnight and a charge for breakfast each morning. Be prepared to spend an additional $30+ a day...

"The property was very nice. We arrived very late and check in was a breeze. Our room was comfortable and the space was fine. Coffee maker fridge and microwave. Where they really went out of their way was when I left my phone on the shuttle to the cruise ship and they found it and brought it to me before we sailed. Excellent service!"
