"The view and the sound of the waves was amazing! The layout of the unit is well planned and efficient use of space to have spacious sleeping for 6! It was very clean, well decorated, and supplied with everything we needed. The kitchen is a little small, but fit our needs well. Staff were so friendly and accommodated our request for an earlier check in time due to an event we had to get ready for. We would definitely book here again - also a great value for the price. The fall leaves were amazingly beautiful at Lutsen!"

"The hotel’s location is great, especially if you’re looking to explore the Lutsen area. The gondola ride is just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The property also has some nice amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fire pits, backyard games, and an onsite restaurant. A few things could be improved—the pool was quite cold, and the temperature could have been maintained better. The property is also a bit dated and could use some renovation and updating. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay!"

"Unbeatable home base if you plan to hike trails, drive further north to walk around Grand Marais, and if Lutsen Mountain is on your list for fall leaf viewing or skiing, this place is just across HWY 61 from it! Kitchen had bare essentials for cookware so if you bring food to cook, be sure to bring everything you might need. The view off the lake and surrounding grounds were pristine and serene-perfect respite retreat! I’ll be back!!"

"Such a beautiful property right next to Lake Superior. The views were amazing. We loved Mickeys Fish Shack. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Very nice place. We look forward to going back again."
