"The staff were excellent! The rooms were a little smaller than other Springhill properties. The bathrooms were small and the shower was so tight it was difficult to turn around in. Beware: because of the amount of rooms here the breakfast area resembles a theme park. Lots of people only concerned with their own desires! Very crowded and hectic!"

"From our late arrival at almost midnight because of flight delays we were met by a very warm and welcoming lady at the front desk. She facilitated our check in so we could rest soonest. We really appreciated that. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom very clean! Although everything was very clean we could not help but wonder about the smell of cigarette smoking upon entering our room. They did state 100% no smoking! Breakfast was a pleasant experience. "The pick up instructions were far from clear but we got there eventually. The driver was very friendly and informative about places to eat near and including the hotel. We had a late flight and were given an extra hour before we had to check out which was great. Having a washing basket was a great and well thought out extra. Having a washing machine and dryer was one of the deciding factors in choosing the hotel. Close to bus stop for access to train station very helpful"
