"Overall, I would say it was comfortable stay and the location has easy access to freeway and to the beach. We did have issue with our toilet but it was taken care of on the same day."

Room’s window faced a wall. Other rooms face a loud and busy street, so we were actually lucky. It was OK for us to spend a night on our road trip, but definitely do not recommend."

"This hotel is right at the Pier parking lot. Three reasons why I could not give it a 5, even though the place is nice and the people friendly. 1) $100 PER DAY put on your credit card for incidentals. So stay a week, get $700 put on it. 2) Ad says " valet parking available". It is the ONLY parking available unless you can find a place on the street, and move your car before the meters go live. Valet parking is $30 per day PLUS tips, so if you go in and out a couple times and tip $5, you may be...

"This was a great alternative to staying in Pismo Beach. It was minutes away and saved us some money. The location was right off the freeway making it easy to get into town. The room was clean and spacious as we have come to enjoy of The Hampton Inn chain. We have never had a bad experience when staying with them. "

When you pay $177.00 for a night stay, you expect to get a decent room to the category of 3 or 4 star. what are we becoming? people will stop traveling pretty soon. please lower the prices at least and stop taking advantage of innocent customers. The propertty is 100 years old probably and not been renovated once. As Expedia you are responsible equally as the owners of the hotel. Not happy!"
