"This hotel was a terrible experience from start to finish. No one came to clean the room or even change the towels, and there was no parking available, which made everything more frustrating. The customer service was horrible and left me feeling completely ignored. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone."

"Great hotel and so close to EVERYTHING. We were less than a mile to great food, fast food, bank, stores, highway entrances, beautiful parks and only 30-45 minutes from the airport. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was great. The room was nothing spectacular but it was clean and comfortable. The lady in conceirge was very sweet. We also met some great staff at the bar and the front desk. Everyone was so nice. Alpharetta is a beautiful town"
