"Signature suite seemed like it was updated but there were some odd features. Shelving in the kitchen with no shelves? Black tar like on the wood floors. Queen duvet in a king cover. An extreme amount of extra blank space in bathroom but shower and toilet were crammed together with no toilet paper holder. We called for an early check in which was not possible. We waited for several hours after we arrived at noon with only the pool bar serving minimal food choices. When inquired on where we were...

"The room was clean, they only clean every other day on long stays, which was fine with us. The room was noisy at times because of the airport, mostly when fighter jets took off during the day. Also, because of heavy room doors that are impossible to close quietly. We had one night where a group arrived and talked all night, opening and closing doors with young children yelling until 3:00 am."

"The overall appearance was nice. The landscaping was well maintained. The rooms could use some updates. The shower broke but staff was not able to make any accommodations to help with the issue. The restaurant was the best part. Great food and service."

"Great family Resort in the desert ."

"Skip this location. For the very expensive price, you don’t get anything better than a 2.5-star motel, except possibly the comfortable bed. WiFi does not work consistently at all, towels and soap were missing, bath tub did not hold water… overall is was incredibly disappointing. We were supposed to be provided an upgrade and were not. I definitely won’t be back, and would recommend the same to others. There are better places to stay in Tucson."
