"The room was clean and the beddings were comfy and crispy. However the hallway smells unpleasant as like someone is smoking. I stayed twice on separate days on a different floor and it smelled the same. The staffs are very attentive and easy to work with. I had to ask two different luggage help one pick up for my friend and a few luggage for me for another short trip. Nothing messed up and luggages and instrument were all in good condition while away."
