"The pretty has a very cute lobby that has a candy bar, cotton candy machine, drinks, and make your own pancakes. They had an interactive projection area for the kids to play in that was super fun. The breakfast buffet was superb! The room was big and spacious. They had a very easy, free bus to Disneyland every 20 min."

"Excellent hotel. Close to the station, restaurants and convenience stores across the street or surrounding the stations. The breakfast restaurant had a vast variety and so even though we stayed 5 nights we didn’t tire of the food. A major plus is that the airport bus stops at the hotel. There are signs that the hotel is not new. But nothing major. One thing would be to have more electrical outlets near the beds and on the desk. Make sure to get a Skytree view room. Seeing the Skytree day or night always made me happy."

"Friendly staff, towels taken every day, rooms cleaned properly every 3 days. The services was really great. They had some useful packs in the front for toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, beauty packs and Pyjamas all for free (assuming the PJs needed to be returned at the end (we didn’t use them because we brought our own)). Location was super close to the Kameido train station, and about 20-30 minutes walk to the Tokyo SkyTree. It was great!"
