"Wonderful and helpful staff, very pleasent stay. I will stay again in the future."

"I was initially disappointed upon arrival because the physical property was not as depicted in the pictures. In the pictures it appeared to be surrounded a lush green space away from other properties. It was one of many properties in close quarters of others. The property was very compact. As time passed I came to enjoy the property. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I had some issues in the room that were quickly addressed. "Loved my stay. The staff was humble and always available to help. Whenever I requested for items or services, the staff promptly responded. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s very convenient and close to beaches, restaurants and coffee shops which made my stay more enjoyable."

"To receive this request is an insult. We did not stay we looked at the room and spoke to management to receive a full refund as it was not what we were promised. Can you tell me when I can expect my full refund!"

"Staff were very nice, breakfasts were delicious and coffee was excellent "

The room was perfect for what I needed, the bed was quite firm which isn’t to my preference but I knew that it would be before I arrived. The amenities were also great! The pool was refreshing and clean, the gym was great, some of the equipment was a little on the older side but it all worked well! I used the breakfast buffet both mornings and it was great! So many options and the fresh fruit was...
