"Nice hotel but the black out curtain does not cover the whole window and the sun streams in through the side of the curtain. (This cost a star on the rating.) Breakfast was not included. Charge to park in garage, but plenty of street parking for free! Location is good if you are in the area. Not great depending on where you need to go in LA. But good for my family and friends. Gym is 3 machines and some weights. TV did not work on the treadmill. Makes for a boring workout."

"I arrived at 3pm, I was immediately informed "check in is at 4". I had luggage so said I was happy to wait . When I asked about breakfast i was told they dont offer breakfast. I pulled up their website which states complimentary breakfast offered. I was then asked to book another hotel as they stated they had not received my booking/money (booked&paid in full in March thro Expedia) & that the breakfast offer on their old website. "This used to be a favorite hotel. The clientele is disgusting and cheap and weird. The bar once glamorous feels like a sleazy bad 80’s film without the cleanliness. My suite had construction and a non existent closet but it was large. It had a view of a parking lot. It was $4k a night. I moved to a full bungalow and those too were a bit badly in need of updates- ventilation and WiFi spotty. Cannot wait to see the upcoming refresh. "Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."
