Our host Claudio was extremely welcoming & went above & beyond to help with booking taxis, recommending places to eat & we loved our breakfast!! My husband & I were so very pleased with everything! "Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well."
