"It seems that in every hotel we stay in that the TV is set-up differently. How to access the ' live ' TV is always a challenge, as here, at Hampton Amherst-Buffalo, no station numbers were available, at least, that we could find. If things could be made simpler, less complicated. Perhaps a placard on the table with the TV monitor ?"

"The hotel was in a good location, clean and well presented. Breakfast was very good and staff was cheerful and helpful. Our only complaint was that we did not like the bed pillows."

"Room was bit smelly when we entered seems like carpet was the reason. Hand Wash sink was in the room instead of washroom wasn't a good layout and washroom had no exhaust caused bad smells staying there bit longer made stay uneasy."

"The rooms were gorgeous, but for that price were inefficient. The bathroom though had a shower should have had a raised side platform and the shower knobes were confusing too. They had mentioned that I will have to ask to get my room cleaned. But someone cleaned it while I was away, without me telling them to do so."

"We have stayed here many times since this hotel opened. Price and newness /cleanliness are big factors. The hotel is kept clean but starting to show some wear. Noticed 2 drywall repairs in our room. Mentioned it at checkout but staff didn’t appear interested in doing anything about it.All doors need paint touch ups. Breakfast is okay but same old same old every time."

"Stayed here with school aged kids and was very happy. Room was nice and clean. Only small annoyances were no ice bucket, and the light switches for bathroom area were in weird locations. Having the toilet separated from the vanity was a huge plus with our whole family sharing and trying to get ready. Staff was super nice and helpful.
