"The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable."

"It was quiet. There was no soap in our room. We asked for it the next day. When they cleaned our room, they did not leave anymore makeup wipes. The room was clean. Someone tracked clay through the parking lot, and it was all over the hotel floors and elevators. It was somewhat cleaned up after a couple of days. They didn't spray off the mud that was tracked outside, so it kept getting tracked in. Someone had a BMW parked outside the entrance all day, and it was kind of in everyone's way. I don't...

"I usually have good experiences with Hampton Inn, so this stay was disappointing. Before booking, I specifically called ahead to confirm that the hot tub was operational because that was one of the main reasons I chose this location. I was assured it was working. After I arrived, I was told it was actually out of service. When I went to look at it, the hot tub only had about 4–6 inches of black, stagnant water in it with algae, mold, leaves, and other debris swirling around inside. It had...

"We stayed here for our anniversary and it was wonderful! The employees were friendly and the reception in the lobby was an added bonus (free snacks and drinks!). The room was very nice, with an extra sitting area. We will definitely be back again!"

"The hotel was nice, very clean, breakfast was basic, but nice. Parking was easy and it is conveniently located to walk to the casino. The only thing that was concerning was it felt like shady stuff was happening with upper management. It made me very uncomfortable."
