"The photos on Expedia were very misleading and did not match the actual room we received. The hotel was dirty, outdated, and not well maintained. To make matters worse, there was no hot water during our stay, which made the experience even more disappointing. "POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Since 3pm on July 04, 2026 check in time, I informed Front Desk the AC was not cold. Throughout the day, 4 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES ON 4 SEPARATE OCCASIONS/TIMES all came up to the room and confirmed AC was not cold. The whole day to the next day, still nothing was done. I asked for a manager and only to be told the manager is off and to come back later “IF” the manager will be on site. "Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer.
