"This is my second stay at this hotel. We had a pleasant experience about six years ago, but this time the hotel seemed very run down. The towels and linens were extremely thin and did not look clean, and the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. Breakfast was awful. Unfortunately, everything that made our previous stay enjoyable was missing this time, except for the location."

"It was a decent stay. The room was very small even for NYC standards. The view of the city was incredible but having only blackout curtains was a negative. My AC and phone didn't work and maintenance was quick to respond so that was a plus. There's complimentary breakfast but it's nothing to write home about."

"Yousef and Chris were extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and the room had a gorgeous view of the Manhattan skyline. The shower was nice and big- plenty of room to spread out your toiletries. The restaurant was small but perfect for a quick cup of coffee and a muffin to go. The chef/server was very nice! I really enjoyed my stay!"

"Clean linens & room. Helpful staff. I was surprised at the variety/options included in the free breakfast - it was great! Minor issues with maintenance - our toilet clogged and we notified the desk. 11 hours later, after arriving back to the room, it still wasn't fixed or checked, but staff was responsive and quickly delivered a key to us for one of the neighboring rooms so we could use that toilet. Which, actually was kind of nice to have the privacy as there were three of us in our room! Area...

"The rooms were so small if I would’ve known, I would’ve never booked at this facility. The front desk manager was rude. The only people that were nice were the housekeepers. There were no drawers there were no closets no microwave two tiny beds, full size not even queen size terrible experience."

"Television didn’t work outlets didn’t work water in bathroom faucet stayed leaking. Reached out to management no one responded. Paid for a double bed gave us a single room. The pictures look nothing like the room you will get. More like a hostel than a hotel."

"Room was clean , property is well maintained, not much parking so alot of driving around as it was always full. My only issue is someone was smoking every night and we could smell it in our room, other than that the stay way good."
