"This is the second time we have stayed at this particular Hyatt Place. I requested a king size bed for 2 nights and ended up with 2 doubles. When I went to speak with the front desk, there was a long line. I waited for a bit, but she seemed to be the only person. Anyway, we decided to stay in the room. We were on the third floor and the ice machine would not stop beeping. I went to the front desk, still only 1 person and a line. I told them and they said they would take care of it and they did....

"This was fine for a place to lay my head, but the place definitely needs some work. My room smelled like food when I arrived and they said it was too hard to move me to another room. Blackout curtains with holes. Phone didn’t work. Airport shuttle unreliable and unfriendly. One front desk guy was helpful in resetting my TV. Bed and pillows were comfy and water pressure was ok, so that redeemed things a bit. Would not stay again before some major rehabbing."

"I didn't take advantage of the restaurant but I truly enjoyed my visit. I loved the room, loved having a refrigerator, and found it pretty quiet. I found the staff to be very polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend the Cambria!"

"Check in was a nightmare. No keys left. After a 12 hour travel with children this was made worse. After nearly 2 hours got into apt, no bedding for 2nd bed. Promised would arrive after contacting at 6pm. At 4am no bedding and eventually said wouldn't be arriving. Trying to sleep with no bedding wasn't good. Would not compensate for this. Then washing machine wouldn't work so on last night when tried to do a couple of loads before moving on was not possible and not able to remedy due to time....

"My stay was amazing and I will definitely be staying at Ginkgo House if I ever find myself in Cambridge again! Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, my room was very clean, and the potential noise that was mentioned was very minimal and did not cause any issues!"

"Meh. This property needs some love. Worn carpets, front door on the fritz, leaky ceiling in the breakfast area, broken Nespresso machine, ice maker not working. The buffet was pretty sad - lukewarm coffee, waffles that were barely edible, and just generally not worth the price. I’ve stayed at the other AC Mariott in Somerville and it was MUCH better. Likely won’t book again. On the upside, it’s located next to a lovely walking path. "
