"The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it isn’t inconvenient. The rooms are showing their age with loose tiles in the bathroom and the faucet proximity to the sink was a poor design by someone who never tested the facilities to prove design"

"Stayed from Friday until Monday. They never cleaned our room once. Had to ask them to empty our garbage and bring us clean towels. Went to the front desk Sunday morning to ask about housekeeping and they told us we were scheduled for that day. Came back after supper and our room was still not cleaned, and was not that day. Stayed at many hotels and never had that happen. "

"Our favorite hotel in seaport, Boston. Rooms are small but manageable. Hotel located centrally to seaport and is a bridge over to downtown and north end. Hotel also sits above the SILVER LINE, which means free bus ride from Logan to Courthouse and only $2.50 for the return trip to Logan. Best part, the food options around the area is incredible. "The room was clean plus you was offer free breakfast with varies options to select from to eat like eggs, home fries, waffles, slice bread toast, bagels, cereal options, oatmeal and so much more. Valet parking was worth getting and available at any time of the day. They provide you with a parking ticket with a barcode to scan and come up as a text so all you had to do is hit send and your car with be out front within mins. "It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small."

"Great location, safe area super walkable. Staff was very friendly. Easy instructions to follow. It almost felt like at was staying at someone’s cozy house. I stayed there 3 night in one of the shared bathroom rooms and I never had an issue with it being occupied when needed and it was always clean. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place!"

"The hotel is walking distance from the Prudential Center and Northeastern University, which we were visiting on this trip. The hotel happen to be under construction so there was some noise in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they had tea and coffee throughout the day like most hotels, but they only had water. I was also a little surprised that even though we had a room with 2 beds, they only gave 3 towels (instead of 2 each). Overall, our stay was great. "
