"Great"

"Stayed here for three nights in mid July. The hotel is in a good location, close to the T and to the Porter Square shopping area. Rooms were clean and of good size and since the building is new, the appliances are modern and appear efficient. Our room had a fairly well stocked kitchen that we didn't use but it would have come handy if our plans were a bit different. We did find an issue with the toilet (it kept running), which we communicated to the staff but it was not addressed by the time we...

"Very pleasant stay, excellent location. The staff was helpful and welcoming."

"Cons: Our room was on the side near the highway. The windows may as well have been open because we could hear traffic and people out on the streets all night long. There was no parking available around the building, so while parking was comped, we had to park in a ramp that was a couple blocks away. Pros: The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This hotel is a great value! It has easy/quick access to the city, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast is included, and is much better (with many more options) than most hotels. The only negative was that there are only two elevators, and both are quite slow. At one point, it appeared that one of the elevators was stuck on the 5th floor, so there was a wait to get on the only working elevator."

"I am really impressed with Hilton Canopy in Boston; I’ve stayed at other hotels with the same “aesthetic” that cost twice as much but yet wasn’t as clean and comfortable. Also, the location is centrally located and the parking garage next door is super convenient. I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff without the pretense. Highly recommended and will stay here again on my next trip to Boston."
