"The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it isn’t inconvenient. The rooms are showing their age with loose tiles in the bathroom and the faucet proximity to the sink was a poor design by someone who never tested the facilities to prove design"

"Stayed from Friday until Monday. They never cleaned our room once. Had to ask them to empty our garbage and bring us clean towels. Went to the front desk Sunday morning to ask about housekeeping and they told us we were scheduled for that day. Came back after supper and our room was still not cleaned, and was not that day. Stayed at many hotels and never had that happen. "

"The room cooling did not work and it was hot. I think it was the time of season and an old building where they have to switch it over. I was disappointed that there was an event at the restaurant and my daughter who was undergoing treatment and I could not eat there. The staff was very apologetic and friendly. "

"The location couldnt have been better for our visit to Harvard. We were within walking distance of everything.Busline and trains were also right near. There are 4 stories and no elevator which was alot with our luggage. The stairs were steep. Breakfast had a nice variety. The rooms were acceptable. The staff was very friendly."

"Our room was very spacious and beautiful. It is nice that the Inn is right on the water. Breakfast was very yummy and abundant. Know that there are only a few parking spots actually at the property. If you are not lucky enough to get on of those spots, you have to park a GOOD ways away in a parking garage...it is a good 15+ minute walk. And if the closest garage is full, you have to park further. This is not something that is shared on their website and came as a surprise when we checked in. I...

"If you will need a room with two beds, i don’t recommend this hotel because I was told that all two-bed rooms are on the side of the building facing the train station and the heavy traffics interception with a large hospital. The two nights we stayed we experienced lots of voices from the train going by, sirens on and off, traffic noise, dog barking on the same floor at night. The room was a not a bit sound proved. Hallway door shut noise was loud, too. I had to sleep with earplugs but still...

"The rooms were super clean and all. The only thing was the breakfast experience on one day when they had ham in omelet and it wasn't mentioned at all. They are a great place but need to do a little bit better with food being labeled as to what it is. The overall location and experience was great "
